Hey Members, Has anyone had their LAWSON/Kent rep. have to adjust pricing for certain items under the ERI Account? Every order since ERI renegotiated with them, our sales rep has to send certain items off to be price adjusted, its a big pain in the butt. I’ve never had pricing issues before, our rep just did the best he could, and if it seemed too pricey or expensive and not market competitive, he adjusted right away. Last 3 or more orders are held up 2 to 3 days because of certain ordered items needing this price adjustment.
