We are retiring so your cost would be C$225 and NO CORE CHARGE.

Many moons ago we ran into a similar and possibly identical problem.
It turned out to be a stuck cross over valve.
It prevented the exhaust from crossing over and caused one head to overheat, crack and blow the gasket.
